Guest Vinyasa Krama practice : Wyatt, Part 2
I figure you must be pretty sick of my practice by now so here's Wyatt, a friend from last Summer's Vinyasa Krama teacher training course with Ramaswami. As I mentioned in the previous post, once your familiar with the main sequences and subroutines of Vinyasa Krama then you can mix them up a bit in your practice 'though Ramaswami did recommend that you always have some kind of a plan before you begin. Was quite excited about these when Wyatt posted them as I haven't really seen anyone else's home VK practice.

Dear Grimmly
Oh wow, I don't know how well I'll be able to watch those with my slow internet at home, but what I'll be able to see I'm sure will be great. The one shot in the garage I was able to see seamlessly a few days ago. Thanks to Wyatt and you.
Cheers,
Arturo
Yes , sorry Arturo, , know you have problems with your internet connection. The one you saw is representative of all the others, perhaps you can manage to watch one every now and again. Really appreciate Wyatt allowing me to post all these, a reminder of how understated Vinyasa krama is. I've been practicing the seated sequence all week, such deep deep forward bends and hip openers, really like it. I Was going to do primary today but am tempted to do a bit of Asymmetric and then seated again...kind of primary.
Cold here this morning, really cold, need your tent.
For some reason, I can watch Wyatt's without a problem. I have ideas on why technically it is possible, but they might not make sense. I watched two after I wrote that comment. I've been doing poses from VK all week. After Chinese New Year I will take the jpgs to a print shop and laminate them too. thanks a lot. Regarding making the space warmer, you might get a similar effect by placing blankets on the wall. They will provide insulation. You might also place the blankets near any windows and doors, the source of biggest cold infiltration. Also, I find that putting an inexpensive electric blanket under the practice mat helps, although you feel slight bumps under the manduka and rug. But it helps.
cheers,
Arturo
