Spinal Active Movement Yoga - Simon Borg-Olivier, Bianca Machliss, Yoga Synergy
(this is a work in progress, planning to add links to videos, interviews etc.)
I think these posts show a gradual movement towards this approach to practice, from the first post back in 2011 on the 'nine bandhas', a gap in posts until 2015 when I enrolled on the yoga fundamentals course and the more recent and numerous posts over the last two years or so. Grounded in an Ashtanga practice these posts also show I think an almost tortuous letting go of firmly fixed and established ideas of what constitutes a practice, what a practice should look like even, and embracing new possibilities that not only make more and more sense over the years but just feel...., right.
